These are the best and most fascinating photos of the Field Marshall ever published.An Air Observer and pioneer of Reconissance,Sperrle,a true aristacrat of the 'old school'was a man on honer,authority,intelligence and culture.Always perfect in bearing and dress.Along
with Lt Colonel Richtofenhe brilliantly led the Condor Legion in Spain and his Luftfotte command in the early stages of WW2 was outstanding.History will not see his type of military personality again.He was like a commander of old.
