I believe it is Schmidt. The quality is not fantastic, but most of the discernible features match Schmidt's (ears that jut out, receding hairline, bulldog-like wrinkles around the mouth). He was often present for Henderson's meetings with Hitler, and almost always took up the very position shown in the photograph when Hitler met foreign diplomats or dignitaries.

The photo shows Henderson and Hitler, but certainly not Ribbentrop between them. Sorry I don't know who it is, but it is not Ribbentrop.
