Anthony Tully, a contributor at the "Imperial Japanese Navy Page", has just published his review of Don Kehn's book A Blue Sea of Blood. Anthony is also the author of Battle of Surigao Strait and co-author of the definitive work Shattered Sword on the Battle of Midway.
