ww2dbasePer Albin Hansson was Prime Minister of Sweden four times between 1932 and 1946. He was known for his pro-German appeasement stance due to his fear of a German invasion. During the war, he provided railway access for German troops to Norway and Finland, which risked the close political ties between Norway and Sweden. When the news broke out, he claimed that the Swedish trains only carried wounded soldiers and soldiers on leave, which still was in violation of Sweden's neutrality.

The Wikipedia article is simplified. P A Hansson was clearly anti-nazi but reluctantly had to accept german demands.
There were three types of german rail transports through Sweden. The only transport of armed troops, the 163rd Infantry division was carried out 25th June to 6th July 1941. All german transports on swedish railways were stopped in 1943.
