USS S-44 Operational Timeline

11 May 1942 USS S-44 damaged Japanese repair ship Shoei Maru off Rabaul, New Britain, hitting her with two torpedoes at 0957 hours; Shoei Maru would sink at 1440 hours.
21 Jun 1942 USS S-44 sank Japanese gunboat Keijo Maru off Gavutu Island east of Tulagi, Solomon Islands.
