Another photograph lists these Corsairs as FG-1D
assigned to Marine Air Wing VMF-114 aircraft is armed with 1 x drop tank, and 1 x napalm for ground support mission.

WAITING TO SORTIE:
F4U-1D's of VMF-322 are loaded w/2 x 154gal. drop tanks. could also carry rockets under each wing besides its wing mounted .50 caliber ammo
