Hi, it looks like this is a Type 97 Te-Ke tankette. It is running with the muffler cover, the driver's hatch and the driver's vision port open.
It also appears to have been slightly modified, similar to what I have seen on the Bovington tank musuem's type 95 Ha-Go, with boxes or covers being built on the right side.
There is not usually a rectangular protrusion on the back of the turret and there is the addition of 6 extra rivets (that are visible, but presumably preset on the opposite side too). However there are 4 rivets visible on the turret, which are normally preset (see the triangle of 3 rivets), this leads me to believe this that it is original but with modifications.
