Carrier is the USS Saratoga CV-3 the Hellcat
is number 85, assigned to VF-12. During
flight operations, one Hellcat could be
launched every 20 seconds.
Gotta get more sleep...

Above photo is shown in reverse this is a
Essex class aircraft carrier. The Hellcat's
number is 28. The fighter behind, with wings
in flight position,should be on the viewer's left.
The other two fighters are waiting to be
lowered by elevator for storage below deck.
During operations, one Hellcat could be
launched every 20 seconds!
