TIGER HAS THE ROAD: Check out the motorcycle, looks like a BMW R/75 or a Zundapp KS750 w/sidecar the rider is a paratrooper on a mesage run. The German army used motorcycles for reconnaissance and liaisons or other duties every unit had the bikes. RUSSIAN COPIES: The Russians were impressed with both the BMW and the Zundapp, and even copied them down to the last detail. The Zundapp was known as the Cossack M-67 and the BMW was known as the Ural M-72 NOW ABOUT THOSE GERMAN NAMES AND LETTERS: DKW: Das Klenie Wunder NAU: Neckar und SUlm BMW: Bayische Motoren Werke Zundapp: Zunendung Ignition Apparat Machine To learn more click on equipment, scroll and click on vehicles, scroll down click on other and click on jeep, here at ww2db.
