ww2dbaseChang Yizhou was the leader of a large pirate gang controlling the area between Xiamen and Wenzhou on the Chinese coast. Although officially on the payroll of the Japanese, his anti-Japanese sentiments led him and his gang to become informants, guerrilla fighters, and saboteurs for Chinese Army intelligence chief General Dai Li.
