In 1936, he published Principes Rexistes and Bases Doctrinales de Rex, both published in 1936, arguing for a new hierarchical structure for Belgium as a means to a greater Belgium. He collaborated with the German occupation administration during the war, and was often a contributor of the Belgian Fascist newspaper Le Pays RĂ©el.
