  • General Satoshi Matsukawa was named the commanding officer of the Japanese Chosen Army in occupied Korea, relieving Yoshifuru Akiyama. Matsukawa named Lieutenant General Kentaro Ichikawa as his chief of staff. ww2dbase [CPC]
