ww2dbaseThe Liuzhou Airfield (Postal Map romanization: Liuchow) in Guangxi Province, China was an airfield used by the US Army Air Forces during WW2. It was a base for B-29 Superfortress bombers. It was a target for the Japanese Operation Ichi-Go offensive in 1944. After the war, it was converted to the joint military and civilian Liuzhou Bailian Airport by the communist Chinese government.
