This seems to be a carrier based Mitsubishi B2M torpedo bomber. In August 1937 several B2M2 were used to bomb continental China, their mission was to destroy the Chinese air bases in the coastal areas, while providing air support for the Japanese ground forces. Very nice photo. Cheers
