The first guard on the right is 110-kill ace G√ľnther Lutzow. Note that both Galland and Lutzow carry the Spanienkreuz, a medal awarded for their service with the Legion Kondor in Spain.

This photo was taken at the main entrance of the Luftwaffe air ministry building.
