Who is the intense looking soldier between A. Speer and A. Galland?

The Luftwaffe officer between Galland and Speer could be an adjutant assigned to the General.

When your a lower ranking officer assigned to be the General's aid, its best not to get into a spat between a General and an Armaments Minister.

It looks like Galland and Albert Speer are going toe to toe. In such a situation, its better to hear nothing and if you do hear what you shouldn't hear, the reaction is like a deer caught in the headlights, especially with an SS
Officer listening in behind the General.
