It occurred to me that my previous comment may not be sufficient info to tie it to anything... The HMCS Anticosti (unknown date) photo is SOMEWHERE between these two:
Commissioned: August 10, 1942, Collingwood, ON Disposal: June 17, 1945, Plymouth, UK (Returned to RN)
