Mitsubishi Army Type 97, Light Bomber Model 1
of 31st Sentai. Used in China during 1938 it was effective as a light bomber when they had fighter escort. 31st Sentai was later based in Thailand.
Early in the Pacific war the Ki30 later code named 'Ann' by the Allies took part in the Philippine campaign in 1942. Later withdrawn to serve with second-line units as advanced trainers and other duties 704 were built like most Japanese aircraft 'Ann' ended its service life in the Kamikaze role.
Powered by 1xNakajima 14-cylinder air-cooled radial engine, carried 400kg/882lb of bombs
2x7.7mm machine guns.

it looks gray, hinomarus (red sun) on wings only.
