These particular crewmen are USS Indianapolis' radiomen. The one in the second row, and second from the left side is my fathers first cousin and my namesake Radioman 2nd Arthur Cecil Trotter. He was lost in the sinking. There is another picture taken at the same time as this one that includes these men plus others that make up the communications division aboard Indianapolis.
