This looks like an earlier war 109- a G-4 or earlier with the smaller 7.62mm guns and earlier tail and canopy. Tail wheel opening is not faired over either.

The Messerschmitt Bf-109 was built in many veriants, one of the last models, was the Bf-109K, and 750 fighters were build during the last six months of World War II.
