This is the first group of Doolittle Raiders making the long trip across China to India
May 1st,1942.
BG Bissell is in front, madam Chiang Kai-shek,
Chinese A F Gen. Zhou Zhirou and Doolittle Raider
Sgt. Waldo Bither
Back row, tall Raider is LT. "Shorty" Manch, he was 6'6!
right corner is "Hoss" Wilder
