Good Afternoon ...
My father was stationed at "U. S. Navy Seaplane Base Navy 3505" or on other form called "S.R.B.#2" and on another form called "Seaplane Base, No TWO, Navy 3505" during portions of 1944 and 1945.
Does anyone know where this base or, if different, these bases were located and what squadrons operated from them?

US Navy Seaplane Base Navy 3505 was at Mios-Woendi 10 mi S of Biak, Dutch New Guinea, operating from the Woendi Lagoon.

My Father-in-law, Robert (Swede) Hanson was a Lt. and Pictured #14 in New Guinea. He was the wingman for Paul Murphey. Any information would be appreciated.
