At the extreme left (a little blurry) is the cruiser USS Indianapolis. Many sources identify this ship as the USS Salt Lake City but that is incorrect. The two carriers in the center are light carriers USS Langley and USS Princeton (both Independence-class). The large carrier seen broadside at far right is USS Saratoga.
