Mrs. Boettiger is wearing a corsage and is holding a bouquet made of Defense Stamps and she is accepting a gift from a company official. Franklin Roosevelt’s first cousin Laura Delano smiles at left. The President was present at the shipyards at the time and watched from a nearby automobile.
