In my late father's papers is a print of this photo, bearing BU1100 on verso. It's in a series of similar photos, 70 in total, between BU1089 and BU1167.
Can this 'BU' sequence be identified; are the photos commonly held or are they unique?
My father was in a glider, part of Market Garden, and kept an ms. diary of his activity between 17 Sept and 23 Oct 1944
