CRUISIN DOWNTOWN DANZIG: HAVE A DSHK OF THIS

VEHICLE LOOKS LIKE A JS-2 MODEL 1944 HEAVY TANK WHATS INTERESTING, IS THE COVER OVER THE MUZZLE BRAKE, GUESS NO ACTION TODAY.
THE JS-2 MOUNTED A 122MM MAIN GUN W/28 ROUNDS
1xDShK 12.7mm AND 3xDEGTYAREV 7.62mm MACHINE GUNS.
LOOKS LIKE THE COMMANDER IS LOOKING THROUGH THE DShKs TELOSCOPIC SIGHT ANYWAY THATS MY GUESS AND THAN AGAIN, I'VE BEEN WRONG BEFORE.
PERSONAL PROTECTION TANKERS WERE ISSUED SUBMACHINE GUNS, PISTOLS AND HAND GRENADES.

ANTI-TANK PROTECTION:

SOME CREWS INSTALLED ANTI-PANZERFAUST SHIELDS
OR USED OLD METAL BED SPRING MATTRESS IT WORKED! WELDED TO THE TURRET SIDES AND BACKS.
LOOKS LIKE IVAN HAS BEEN ISSUED THE ONE PIECE TANKER COVERALLS W/TANKER HELMET WITH
INTERPHONE.
THIS STYLE HELMET WAS USED THROUGHOUT WWII, AND MODIFIED DURING THE COLD WAR, THE BASIC DESIGN IS STIL IN USE TO DAY WITH RUSSIAN TANK AND AFV ARMORED FIGHTING VEHICLE CREWS.
