This photo was taken 24-Apr-1971 as Ticonderoga’s Carrier group transited the Sunda Straits and paid tribute cruisers USS Houston (CA-30) and HMAS Perth lost 28-Feb-1942 [see: http://www.navsource.org/archives/02/14.htm].
