Retouched photo of (D-DAAV)The Henschel Hs 126A was designed as a two-seat short-range reconnaissance aircraft. Test program started in 1937. The first deliveries to the Luftwaffe started in the begining of 1938 total production was 600 aircraft. Operators: Luftwaffe, Greece and Spain. The Henschel Hs 126 was withdrawn from front-line service during 1942 and replaced by the Focke-Wulf Fw 189.
