Actuallythis is a photo of a Type 95 Ha-Go belonging to the tank detachment of the IJA 14th Division. It was destroyed near the airfield on Pelieu by U.S.M.C. fire. The distinctive marking on the turret is called a "mutsu" and was the personal insignia of the unit commander ,a Col.Tanaka.
