LT. COLONEL. STURMBANNFUHRER: MAJOR
THE OFFICER BEING DECORATED IS A 2ND
LIEUTENANT SHOWING THE THREE PIPS ON HIS LEFT COLLAR. SS-EAGLE ON UPPER LEFT SLEEVE OF HIS UNIFORM, HE HAS THE ADOLF HITLER CUFF BAND, AND HAS BEEN AWARDED THE IRON CROSS W/RIBBON ON HIS LEFT LAPEL.
