Mein Kampf to be Commercially Available in Germany for the First Time Since WW2

4 Jan 2016

After the end of the European War, the Nazi Party was deemed a criminal organization, and the ownership of Adolf Hitler's manisfesto Mein Kampf went to the finance ministry of the German state of Bayern (Bavaria). In 2010, the private organization Institute of Contemporary History (IfZ) announced its intention to publish an annotated edition of Mein Kampf when the copyright would elapse on 31 Dec 2015. IfZ noted its wish to have its edition on the market ahead of any others that might contain pro-Nazi sentiment. This new edition would be on the market in about one week from the time of this writing.

My father was in the U.S. Air Force in WWII. He flew over Germany many times during the war. I am sorry he had to do this, but the Germans had to be stopped. Hitler was a madman and the world got better when he died.

The publication of mein kampf gives me the creeps. During the occupation of Greece the nazis killed 750000 Greeks, i.e. one tenth of the population. Now Germany is waging a financial war trying once more to dominate Europe.
