WW2DB's 12th Anniversary

29 Dec 2016

Another December, another anniversary! Today WW2DB celebrates its 12th birthday. Per tradition, here is a snapshot of website statistics, showing growth since one year ago.

On the social media front:

In 2016, WW2DB released a new mobile site. In addition, back-end functionalities are always being tweaked for better performance. Unfortunately, in the past year the team had to deal with a sharp increase in plagiarism and denial of service attacks, so a great deal of effort had to be diverted to those areas.

As always, I am most appreciative of the support from the WW2DB team and the visitors. We are looking forward to another year of new content for the website; we hope you are, too!
