ww2dbaseShCh-205 was a Soviet Navy submarine of the V-bis-2 series of the Shchuka-class. She was built at the Shipyard Named After 61 Communards at Nikolaev, Ukraine (also known as Nikolaev North Shipyard or the Soviet Shipyard No. 200) in the 1930s. She saw action with the Black Sea Fleet, sinking two Turkish vessels suspected of transporting supplies for the Germany Army in May 1942. She was retired from service in 1954 and was scrapped.

23 May 1942 | Soviet submarine ShCh-205 sank Turkish merchant ship Safak off Burgas, Bulgaria; Safak was suspected of bringing arms for German troops fighting in Ukraine. |
5 Aug 1942 | Submarine ShCh-205 attacked German tanker Le Progrès northeast of Constanta, Romania; all three torpedoes missed. |
1 Mar 1943 | Submarine ShCh-205 was awarded guard ship status. |
11 Sep 1954 | Submarine ShCh-205 was decommissioned from service. |
