THE PROPAGANDA CARD IS PLAYED BY BOTH SIDES:

This could be a photo from a wartime film
I remember watching a Bf 110, with a Spitfire
on its tail the fighter was really close, and
if the pilot fired his eight .303/7.7mm guns
for even a short burst that 110 was going
down.

Messerschmitt Bf 110C-4 Aircraft was shot
down, July 1940 during the Battle of Britain
was repaired with parts from other Bf 110s.

Often seen in WWII documentaries with a spitfire
on its tail. The British tested and evaluated
captured German and Italian aircraft. Messerschmitt Bf-110 (5F+CM) was assigned to
4.(F)AufklGr 14 short for 4.(F)Aufklarungsgruppe 14
