I was assigned to the USS LCI (L) 750 which landed the troops on Morotai. Our first approach to the beach was halted by shallow water. We backed off and landed successfully at another nearby landing site.

I have just recieved photos from the President of Greensborough RSL some photos are written on & 1 photo says landing @ Morotia i would love some more information on this we think my dad was there in 1944 he was a Gunner .
