Crown Prince Wilhelm dressed in his best Hussar uniform, maybe "Little Willie" is trying to get on the Fuhrer's good side. Maybe even make a come back courting the Nazis.
As for Adolf, its nothing more than a photo opt. The Crown Prince, son of Kaiser Wilhelm who lived in exile in the Netherlands died in 1941 "Little Willie" died in 1951.
