This is not the city of Eindhoven, but the nearby town of Veghel. This picture is taken in front of the church of Saint-Lambert in the Churchstreet (now Marketplace)

The Lambertuschurch is not a cathedral.
While the St. Lambertuschurch in Veghel is Province North-Brabant, The cathedral is in the capital of Province North-Brabant; the city 's-Hertogenbosch (or short Den Bosch). It is called: Saint John's Cathedral (Dutch: St. Jan's Kathedraal)
