Someone has done incredible work putting together this website. I have lived through WWII and it has taken me this long to take a real look at the horror; my step-father worked in Peenemuende for a while, he was locked up in camp by the Gestapo but never explained why.
as of last year I have spent time putting my memories in book form, it's difficult because the memories affect my well being but I am probably one of the last of that generation to remember the truth. My personal desire took me to America in 1958 and I am a proud citizen.
Went to Berlin last year to get some hotos from their archives - very difficult! I won't need too many photos but I want to show what people in Germany are beginning to call a Legend. Thank you for your work, I will put your wesite in a folder and research carefully what I might be able to use.
