May 10, 1933 Burning of the Books:
Books by Freud, Einstein, Thomas Mann, Jack London, H.G. Wells and many others works were burned because they did not align with Nazi Ideology.

One hundred years ago, the German-Jewish poet Heinrich Heine said.
