- Kamoi, as a part of convoy MIMA-11, departed San Fernando, Philippine Islands at 0618 for Takao, Taiwan under the escort of several small craft. At 0800 hours, submarine USS Aspro attacked the convoy to no effect. At 1530 hours, submarine USS Cabrilla attacked the convoy and sank two ships.
