ww2dbaseThe Ci?gnik Siedmiotonowy Polski ("7-ton Polish Tractor"), or C7P, artillery tractors were designed by Witold Jakusz of the firm Panstwowe Zaklady Inzynieryjne between 1931 and 1934. The first two prototypes were built in the Ursus factory with the designation of C6P. In 1934, an order was issued by the Polish Army for 360 tractors. They were appreciated by the Polish Army for their durability, cheap price tag, and the fact that they share many parts with the 7TP tanks developed around the same time. By the time of the German invasion in 1939, only 151 were built, 108 of which were deployed to artillery units or used as recovery vehicles for disabled heavy vehicles. After Poland was conquered, production stopped, though the German forces used them as towing machines and snow plows until 1941.

Ciagnik Siedmiotonowy Polski, C7P Artillery Tractor was a Polish design, used by the Polish Army.
Built between 1931 to 1934. Most were captured by the Germans, and used as towing vehicles. No example of a C7P survives today
However, a single hull was found some years ago near Volgograd.
