To whom it concerns
I have checked the appropriate films of Kriegsberichter DOEGE in the Bundesarchiv in Koblenz. Now I can definitely confirm, that the Photo of the Ju 87 above was taken on march 9, 1944 at Dorpat airfield. The Ju 87D5 is the call sign "S7+AH". More pictures under Bundesarchiv "DOEGE" "1944". There you can also see the picture of a Ju 87D5 "S7+BB" which was flown by FRITZ. For more information see "Fronteinsätze eines Stukafliegers" Helios Verlag Germany.

ABWURFBEHALTER (BOMB CONTAINER)
File photo looks like Junkers Ju87D being loaded with either SD-1 w/350 1kg bomblets, or the SD-2 that carried 180 2kg bomblets. Weapons were carried in a plywood container and used against troops, artillery, anti-aircraft positions, thin-skinned vehicles and other soft targets.
The German AD500 carried 118 4kg bomblets did you know the Germans developed different types of anti-personnel bombs during the war.
RUSSIAN ANTI-PERSONNEL BOMBS:
The Russians had their version of cluster type bombs called RRAB-1,2 and 3 models these were
nicknamed "MOLOTOV'S BREADBASKET'S"

This picture may be taken in march 1944 at DORPAT Airfield / Estonie. At that time I. group of Schlachtgeschwader 3 (SG3) was based there.
The name of the photographer may be DROEGE ( not Doege). Kriegsberichter DROEGE was from 7. March to 10. March with First SQN SG3. He was flying as backseater on 9. See the book "Fronteinsätze eines Stuka-Fliegers - Mittelmeer und Ostfront 1943-44" by Hans Peter Eisenbach HELIOS Verlag Germany, Page 102 Flight number 942 and 943.
