Mitsubishi Ki-30's engine, has just been
started by what looks like a Toyota GB or KC starter truck.
This arrangement was used to start most Japanese aircraft engines. A power take-off,
was taken from the gearbox, it rose behind
the truck cab and then projected forward
this was mated to the aircraft spinner to
start the engine.

Say this pilot isn't going anywhere yet, the
engine is running, but the wheel chocks have not been removed by the ground crew.
The aircraft is loaded with under wing bombs
so the mission is still a go?
