Hi my paternal grandfather was in the US armed forces and he came to New Zealand, met and married my grandmother, and they had a son (my father) All I know is my grandfather went to the Solomons around 1944/1945 and was killed in battle. The only name i have for him is a surname, Roush (or Rausch). Where could I find further information?
